We are a volunteer-based service dedicated to helping bird owners navigate the pet relocation and bird shipping process. For now, all consultations are completely free, as long as we can manage the volume.
Our mission is to make pet relocation transparent and accessible, ensuring no feathered friend is left behind.
Step 1: Choose Your Free Consultation
We currently offer two types of free consultations: a phone call or a text messaging session. You can choose to speak with our representative over the phone or chat via text on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.
To schedule your first appointment, simply send us a direct message or fill out our scheduling form. Once we receive your request, our representative will reach out to confirm a time that works for you. At the scheduled time, they’ll be available to answer your questions and guide you through the next steps.
In your first session, we will take the time to fully understand your case— your budget, timeline, bird species, and departure country. We’ll help you assess the complexity of your situation, identify any potential challenges, and determine the best course of action. This may involve reaching out to relevant parties, gathering necessary documents, or coordinating with a vet.
We’ll address all immediate questions during the session with guidance on what to expect. If there are inquiries that require more in-depth research, we’ll look into them thoroughly and follow up with you within a few days, ensuring you receive the most accurate and up-to-date information to confidently proceed.
Step 3: Ongoing Support
Once you’ve connected with our representative, they will continue to assist you throughout the process, providing ongoing support as your case moves forward, free of charge. There is no limit to the number of appointments you can schedule. We understand that coordinating pet relocation can be complex, so feel free to reach out whenever needed.
Step 4: Travel Prep & Paperwork Support
As you move forward, we’ll help you review the paperwork and travel checklist, making sure everything is filed and booked properly. We understand how easy it is to overlook details, so we’re here to go through the checklist with you.
Our goal is to make everything as transparent as possible, giving bird owners the information and confidence they need to take charge of their bird’s journey.
We are also bird owners, and we've been through the struggle of relocating internationally with our birds. It was definitely not easy. It wasn’t just the complicated logistics and regulations involved in shipping birds to the US, but also the challenge of finding clear and comprehensive information online.
Our case was complex, so we had to hire a pet relocation service. First, it’s not easy to find a service willing to handle birds. Second, after paying thousands of dollars, we felt like much of the knowledge was being kept from us, and many of our questions went unanswered. Not only was it stressful, but we also felt helpless in the process.
We understand that many bird owners have a limited budget and aren’t ready to spend thousands of dollars outsourcing everything to pet relocation services. Even if you are ready to spend the money, it's still important to be equipped with the right knowledge. That way, you can ensure that the service you're paying for is actually handling everything properly in the bird shipping process.

How much does it cost to relocate a bird?
The cost of shipping a bird can fall anywhere between $1,500 to over $6,000. A major factor affecting the cost is how much of the process you handle yourself versus how much you outsource to pet relocation services.
If you’re on a tight budget, learning the process and handling some tasks yourself can reduce costs. However, for complex cases, professional help is recommended to ensure all paperwork is in order.
Our articles can help you manage costs more effectively:
The price of pet relocation is influenced by your pet’s species, the country of departure, and how involved you are in the process. Your pet’s species greatly affects the complexity of the paperwork, entry requirements, transportation method, and more.
As a general rule, the more involved you are, the more control you have over the costs. However, in some cases, handling all the paperwork on your own may be challenging, and hiring a pet relocation service is recommended to ensure everything is filed correctly. Keep in mind, outsourcing the tasks can significantly increase the cost.
That’s why we’re here— to inform and empower pet owners, helping them make the most informed decisions.
